Is this a preorder?

No. Every item is handcrafted to order once you purchase — nothing is mass-produced ahead of time. Because of that, please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Production takes 2–4 weeks depending on the item. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping times can vary a bit by location, and delays can happen around holidays or high demand.

What sizes do you offer?

The Embroidered Beanie is one size fits most (stretchy cuffed fit, roughly 17.25–18.5" circumference). The Affirmation Sticker is a single 10" x 10" design. The Grandkids Club Mug is available in 11oz and 15oz.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

What's your return policy?
